Author

Abstract

The history of media goes back to the human need for information exchange, that is, to the time of the first people to have started social life on earth. The Quran, as the last and most reliable heavenly book, has served as a religious medium since its first day of revelation to date. The Quran is distinguished from other media for its unique ethical features such as being heavenly and the epitome of legitimacy; credit; relying on arguments in convincing people; adherence to ethics, equity and justice and inclusiveness. The present article studies these features by reference to Quranic verses.
